About this Opportunity
RFDS SA/NT is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Base Clinical Educator to join our Aeromedical education team based in Adelaide. You will work collaboratively with the Clinical Education Manager and other Base Clinical Educators to develop, coordinate and deliver clinical education for the Aeromedical Nursing and Medical team.
About You
To be successful in this role you must be a Registered Nurse with demonstrated Flight Nurse experience, documented evidence of preparation and delivery of clinical education programs, along with a good understanding of the principles of adult learning.
You will have an understanding of ALS competencies and the ability to work as a sole practitioner and with a team.
Post graduate qualifications in Critical Care and/or Emergency are essential. A post graduate qualification in Clinical Education is highly desirable.
You must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and this will be complemented by your ability to transfer skills and knowledge to staff using a variety of mediums and techniques.
