This role is located in our thriving Brisbane Office and is part of a wider team working towards our Bids, BD and Communications efforts.Specifically, our future CRM Specialist will be responsible for:Implementing CRM best practices to streamline and enhance operations while improving the user experience for all stakeholders.Supporting the initial rollout of Dynamics 365 to new user groups, including the development of clear and engaging training materials.Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system performance through regular CRM database maintenance and cleansing.Providing ongoing support to all users, offering troubleshooting assistance and delivering interactive training sessions on CRM features and best practices.Developing and managing segmented customer lists based on behaviours, preferences, and demographics.Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements within the CRM system.Collaborating closely with Market Leaders on client initiatives and relationship-tracking efforts.Generating insights through reports using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.Contributing to data centralisation/systems projects, including maintaining best practice libraries in SharePoint/Open Asset.We’re looking for individuals who bring a unique mix of skills and experience, in addition to a proactive, customer-focused mindset to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services or B2B environment.Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.Proven experience in implementing CRM systems and working with a range of stakeholders.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Microsoft Office.Customer-focus with strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.A proactive approach, seeking new tasks and actively seeking feedback to grow in the role.Skilled in upward communication, advising leaders of progress and presenting solutions.The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong problem-solving approach.Want to see what it’s all about?We celebrate individuality and actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
