HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with a global name in the heavy industries for a Lead People and Culture Business Partner role based in Norwest. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering People and Culture, this role is responsible for delivering sound strategic and operational People and Culture (P&C) support and advice within its portfolio of BUs in line with the national P&C strategies. This role will have both a BU and Regional responsibility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing support as required to specific projects and national initiatives either within the nominated business units ('BU') or as part of the broader HR/P&C team, including HSE. Escalation point, coaching, and supporting leaders and Business Partners in their BUs on all people matters, i.e., employee relations and industrial relations. Being the point of contact for Leadership and Executive Leadership Team. Overseeing workforce and resource planning, and succession planning activities. To be successful in this position, you will be: Minimum 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, especially in a senior HR generalist role. Experience in a similar organisation - blue collar, multisite and unionised environment ideally industrial/heavy industry, FMCG, supply chain, and logistics, etc. Experience working with Executive and regional leadership teams.
