Ensure that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experience. Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training. Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of the store. Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets- take your store to the next level Manage daily high-volume stock and operations. Be surrounded with all the products you know and love. About You: Big box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable Experience or knowledge in Marine/Fish or Bike- Highly desirable Experience in a team leadership role of up to 20 staff Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team. High stock volume management is essential. Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store Go-getter attitude Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
