The opportunity:
As a Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch consultancy services to our clients, demonstrating expertise and leadership within your technical domain. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
* Undertaking commercial consultancy work across various core skills of the company.
* Supervising consultancy projects assigned to project staff, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting company standards.
* Reporting on technical aspects of projects to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Assisting in interpreting client requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions.
* Identifying training needs and recommending appropriate courses.
* Crafting clear and concise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Contributing to the enhancement of the company's reputation and business development activities.
* Managing large or complex projects, defining resourcing requirements, and planning project tasks effectively.
* Writing proposals, identifying and mitigating project risks, and supporting business development initiatives.
* Building and maintaining client relationships, taking ownership of project deliverables, and producing effective proposals.
We currently have key projects within:
* Rail
* Defence Maritime Infrastructure
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, working towards or achieved Chartered status.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to constructively support positions with data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance through Australian citizenship
