Job Title: Senior Sourcing Manager
As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency across Macquarie's operating groups. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing sourcing strategies that achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with key stakeholders and senior executives to identify and execute sourcing initiatives aligned to Macquarie's strategic objectives.
* Build, maintain, and enhance supplier relationships to drive value and improve commercial outcomes.
* Analyse commercial data, market trends, and business requirements to provide targeted improvement strategies and drive value.
* Lead and guide sourcing team members within a direct or virtual team environment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a similar role.
* Strategic thinking capability with strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partners to drive business outcomes.
* Ability to contribute and foster an innovative and collaborative team environment.
