Selection Criteria: Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA, Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA and at least five years full time experience and or equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field. Psychologist with current, full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, along with completion of 12 months at the 9th year of service and thereafter point on the salary scale for Psychologist Extensive experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of Older Persons with a mental illness in a community setting. High level clinical leadership capacity and clinical supervision skills. Experience in project work or service development activities that involve planning, developing, implementing, reviewing and evaluation of new initiatives within a health service context. High level commitment to a consumer focused recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning. High level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. High level computer literacy skills Current NSW Driver's Licence.
