Given rapid growth and expansion in our innovative mental health programs, Prestige Health Services Australia is seeking Mental Health Lead consultants to deliver our health coaching, wellbeing and psychological return to work (same employer) services.
The Role:
Mental Health Lead consultants will be given the opportunity to only work with cases of a psychological nature with your chosen mix of wellbeing and health coaching or wellbeing and psychological return to work (same employer services). If you are a registered psychologist we can also offer psychological treatment services to your caseload mix.
PHSA can offer paid primary or secondary psychological supervision for provisional psychologists with a board approved supervisor with 20 years experience. PHSA has extensive experience and skillset in the management of participants with psychological claims with a focus on the development of innovative programs to support participants to achieve their health, social and work goals.
We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:
Experienced allied health professionals with a minimum of 18 months experience in workplace rehabilitation (other relevant experience will be considered)
Full ASORC / RCAA / AASW / AHPRA membership
Willingness to undertake internal training
Prior experience working with participants with ill mental health
Full time, part time, and casual positions available for the right candidate.
