We are seeking Customer Care Officers and Café/Kiosk Attendants to join us at our centre in Woodville South.Customer Care OfficerCustomer Care Officers are the face of our organisation, responsible for ensuring all members and guests receive the highest possible level of service. You will be the first and main point of contact for all Gymnastics Centre members and guests. You will be responsible for cash handling and POS, telephone operation, program information, enrolment sales and enquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will be challenged through the need to multi-task and problem solve, while always ensuring a positive customer experience.Café/Kiosk AttendantThe Café/Kiosk Attendant will ensure all members and guests receive the highest possible level of service. This position operates from the café and bar areas and requires a knowledge and understanding of food handling skills, nutritional values, responsible service of Alcohol and customer service. The Café/Kiosk Attendant is responsible for cash handling, food preparation and service, responsible service of alcohol, cleaning and occupational health and safety of customers.
