We live by this motto ...hence our name.The opportunity:As the Head of Performance Media at First Page, you will lead a high-performing team, driving the execution of data-driven and highly creative paid media strategies for some of Australia’s biggest brands.You'll collaborate with a global network of marketing experts, ensuring excellence in campaign execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. You will be joining a specialised performance media agency that employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented team members are exceptional.What you'll be doing:Developing and executing a variety of paid search and paid social strategies to drive leads and sales for our clients, including some of Australia’s and the world’s largest brands.Leading and mentoring a team of performance media specialists, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.Running fortnightly training sessions to continuously upskill the Paid Social and Paid Search teams.Identifying areas of improvement and rolling out strategies in a timely manner.Getting in the trenches with your team—no matter the size of the client, you’ll be driving the execution of strategies.Assigning work assignments, managing workloads, and ensuring all team members' strengths are utilised effectively.Supporting sales efforts with data, strategy, and in-person meetings.Being client-facing, explaining data and strategies on a granular and educated level.Creating new workflow briefs to optimise department processes.Reporting to the General Manager on team KPIs and goals weekly.What we're looking for:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in paid search and paid social, with at least 1 year managing a team.Agency experience is ESSENTIAL.Strong expertise with Meta/Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Display and e-commerce.A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.Speed and the ability to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.Hybrid working environment.Unbeatable company culture with a 4.8/5 Glassdoor rating.
