About the Role
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial operations of the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will manage a dedicated finance team, oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Your leadership will be critical in driving financial sustainability, enhancing transparency, and improving procurement processes. You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to support the organisation’s long-term strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Developing and implementing financial strategies
* Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing risks
About You
You are an experienced finance professional with at least 5 years of senior financial management experience. You have a proven track record of developing financial strategies, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your strong leadership skills allow you to influence and guide teams, while your excellent stakeholder management ensures effective collaboration across departments.
Experience with financial systems such as Microsoft Great Plains is desirable, and a CPA or CA qualification is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* CPA/CA Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of financial operations, risk management, and compliance
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
