You will utilize consumer and category insights to meet unmet needs and support the development and execution of brand strategies. If this is you, we'd love to talk!Brand Strategy: Support brand and category plans for TENA in ANZ to drive brand health and market share.Conduct annual brand audits and leverage consumer/category data for insights.Oversee ad hoc research projects and identify growth opportunities.Innovation Strategy: Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to execution, contributing insights and managing specific projects.Provide insights and data to support business cases and ensure timely NPD delivery.Collaborate with teams and agencies to execute TENA's communication strategy across all channels.Develop media plans and assets, manage digital activities, and support trade marketing.Commercial Performance: Meet sales (NSV) and EBITA targets, and lead Retailer Reviews to foster growth.Manage the TENA A&P and OPEX budget with accuracy.Organisational Leadership: Build cross-functional relationships, champion brand strategy, and advocate for continuous improvement.Demonstrate professionalism, showing potential as a future Senior Brand Manager.Who You Are: With over 3 years as a Brand Manager in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, you are a confident communicator and skilled in stakeholder management. You collaborate effectively with team members and senior leaders, leveraging your project management expertise to ensure on-time delivery.
