PPS is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our fast-paced Projects and HSEQ Team. Join Our Team as a Trainer & Assessor Are you a passionate Trainer and Assessor with an interest in the civils construction and mining industry? PPS is currently welcoming applications for Certificate IV Trainer & Assessor’s within our esteemed project and shutdown teams, spanning both current and future projects. As our next Trainer & Assessor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and assessment to employees and management regarding training and competency requirements. You will be responsible for conducting site-based RTO ticket assessments and Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments, ensuring that employees meet the necessary training compliance for their roles. The Trainer and Assessor will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records, in compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and deliver HRWL & RTO ticket assessment Update and maintain Corporate and Project Specific Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Training Matrix in MYOSH. Assess & facilitate project specific training and assessment requirements in coordination with the Project Manager. Complete training and awareness on MYOSH training functionality. Coordinate with external training providers for specialised courses when necessary. Develop, prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate effective training and assessments that reflect current industry standards and site-specific requirements. Participate and contribute to continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes. Participate in internal and external audits and undertake follow up actions as required.
