About the Opportunity
Join our client, a leading property development and construction group, as they seek a skilled and proactive WHS Advisor to support their project delivery teams and executive leadership in maintaining a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective safety practices across projects.
* Stay up to date with OHS/WHS regulations and ensure alignment across all activities.
* Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and workplace safety training.
* Investigate incidents and implement solutions to minimise future risks.
* Enhance and maintain safety systems, templates, and documentation.
* Work closely with leadership and project teams to foster a strong safety culture.
* Prepare and present safety performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A Diploma in WHS (preferred) and solid experience with ISO45001 standards.
* TAE qualification and strong knowledge of NSW building industry classifications.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
* A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
* Full Australian work rights, valid driver's licence, and current Police Check.
