As the Store Manager, you will collaborate with a large team comprising of two assistant managers and a dedicated retail staff, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
Balancing commercial, retail, warehouse and workshop components, this role presents an exciting challenge with a thriving and expanding business!
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop the leadership and sales team to achieve KPIs and business objectives Drive profitability across all store functions Management of warehousing, stock control, and inventory Oversee workshop operations Driving business development initiatives Continuous innovation and enhancement of business processes Drive customer service excellence, leading by example all the way Recruit, on-board and train new team members as required Maintain stock displays to achieve optimal promotion of products What We Are Looking For: Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve KPIs and exceed business goals Tools or Trade Knowledge : A solid understanding of tools and equipment, whether gained through a retail environment or hands-on trade experience Retail or Operational Background : Experience managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service Customer-Centric Approach : A passion for creating memorable customer experiences and fostering a service-first culture Operational Expertise : Strong skills in stock management, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure smooth store operations Business Development Focus : A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation Adaptability and Problem-Solving : A can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges and continuously improve processes What is in it for you: Competitive base salary, with potential up to $105k base plus Super and incentives Rotating roster for optimal work-life balance!
