You will work in the Regional Development & Engagement team, which is focussed on building the digital capability and digital economy of regional and remote Australia. The Program Director will be responsible for defining and executing the program plan for the delivery of large scale workstream-based programs. This includes ensuring compliance with the delivery framework, managing audit responsibilities, and leading a cross-functional PMO team. You will require the ability to influence across a complex cross-matrix delivery organisation to deliver the outcomes of the programs. The ability to build/influence effective relationships across the business is critical, to drive priortisation, business alignment and adherence to ambitious delivery milestones. You will be Hands-on in creating spreadsheets and board packs. You will be looking at how you onboard internal stakeholders or Customers to the new Technology. So, it’s End-to-End Product Introduction. You will require End-to-End experience in the delivery of new products into Network and IT Delivery. You will be Integrating Systems Internally and Integrating Vendor Systems The focus is on End-to-End Delivery for stakeholders. You will execute the program across 9-10 workstreams Exceptional Program Management skills are critical in terms of working within a Framework for things like scheduling, change control, focussed on measures and metrics. Also, Auditability (able to be audited by internal, external or Audit office). This role requires experience in the entire lifecycle of delivery with a technology change of some kind. Wireless / Satellite Program Management experience and/or technical knowledge is preferred (Not essential). Experience in new product introduction and technology-based programs will be essential for understanding the complexity of the technology streams involved. Essential Skills & Experience Required : 15-20 Years Project / Program Management Experience Highly technical understanding of Wireless Technologies (Desirable - Not Essential) Experience in new product introduction and technology-based programs will be essential for understanding the complexity of the technology streams involved Expert in the End-to-End process of technology delivery Ability to build/influence effective relationships across the business is critical, to drive prioritisation, business alignment and adherence to ambitious delivery milestones. Hands-on in creating spreadsheets and board packs (Essential) Proven accountability for delivery of program outcomes, alignment and effective communication on program status, risks or decisions. Certifications/Qualifications: Engineering, Project Mgmt. Excellent CxO communication and influencing skills Proven experience in the planning of technology roadmap and management of the delivery Proven experience ensuring all delivery teams are meeting scope, time, cost, quality. Ability to to align roadmaps, priorities, tech capex funding and priortisation.
