Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Stainless-Steel Boilermakers Due to a range of projects in the pipeline, our client is experiencing a surge in fabrication works and seeking qualified skilled Boilermakers who specialise in working with stainless steel, looking for permanent ongoing work in beautiful Port Macquarie NSW. The company is in an exciting phase of rapid expansion with a number of high-profile projects commencing February 2025 and is looking to employ additional boilermakers who possess the specialised skills required for advanced ship maintenance and repair tasks. This is not a FIFO role, it is permanent full-time and you must be willing to relocate or be living in Port Macquarie. If you’ve got limited maritime experience, we still want to hear from you – your relevant construction, manufacturing, mining experience, positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning may be just what we need in our team The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications: Ability to interpret and set out workshop/engineering drawings Relevant trade experience. Maritime industry experience is desirable Experience in aluminium and/or steel fabrication Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong commitment to quality principles Willingness to work in challenging conditions Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent Construction White Card National Police Clearance Australian Working Rights.
