Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate high-stakes contracts, including EPC, O&M, and supply agreements for large-scale wind farms.
* Provide ongoing legal advice to Project Management, Operations, Procurement, and Services teams.
* Assess and manage contractual risks, delivering actionable recommendations to the executive team.
* Stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy in APAC countries.
* Lead relationships with external consultants to resolve local matters efficiently.

Qualifications
* Legal Expertise:
o A law degree (Master's preferred) with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
* Sector Knowledge:
o Proven experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and service agreements in the energy, infrastructure, utilities, or construction sector.
* Problem-Solver:
o A proven ability to navigate complex transactions independently.
* Top-Tier Experience:
o Background in a multinational company or a leading law firm.
