Real Estate & Property Facilities Manager Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Posted: 29/1/2025 $135,000-$145,000 p/a Asset & Facilities Management expertise required Deliver a range of CAPEX projects Brisbane healthcare infrastructure asset Property Network of Australia is seeking a Manager – Asset & Projects to work for a leading global facilities services company on a prominent health infrastructure asset in Brisbane.
This role will involve managing the development and implementation of a strategic asset management plan, delivering lifecycle and minor works projects, and overseeing asset replacement and modifications.
Reporting directly to the client Account Director, the successful candidate will lead a small team to ensure compliance with industry best practices and statutory obligations while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
We are seeking a compliance-focused facilities management candidate, with strong capital works delivery experience for this role, ideally delivered in a healthcare setting.
Strong stakeholder management and service delivery skills are extremely important.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic asset management plan for all Group 1 and 1A equipment.
Deliver lifecycle works, minor works, and defect rectifications within a high-profile healthcare facility.
Manage the administration of CMMS and asset management software systems.
Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to HSSE requirements.
Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, capex plans, and asset condition surveys.
Ensure timely and compliant delivery of asset replacement and building modification projects.
Conduct stakeholder engagement and reporting to maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a Public Private Partnership (PPP) or major infrastructure contract setting.
Expertise in asset management and project management.
Proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, along with advanced MS Office skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory qualifications, including a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
