The successful applicant will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that all guests are welcomed and attended to in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Previous experience is a benefit but not a requirement.Duties of the role will include: Acting as one of the first points of contact for arriving guests. Processing financial transactions. Having a thorough knowledge of all Mangrove facilities and attractions in Broome and surrounding areas. Providing outstanding customer service. Handling guest issues and complaints. Handling reservation inquiries. The successful applicant is required to have: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Strong computer ability and administration skills. Impeccable grooming and presentation standards. The ability to work weekends and public holidays.
