A successful Stockroom Manager has a track record of stockroom operations, people management and an understanding of customer service. This individual is accountable for supporting the day-to-day running of the store operations, balancing time between the stockroom and shop floor.

The Role
* Monitor and support the organisation of the store's stockroom and shop floor replenishment process.
* Manage and improve delivery procedures to enhance optimisation.
* Support in the analysis of data to improve KPIs and minimise stock loss.
* Conduct regular inventories in line with company procedures.
* Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team to succeed.
* Ensure a high level of customer experience.
* Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour.
About You
* 2 or more years' warehouse / stock inventory experience in the retail industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills.
* Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
* An interest in inventory management and processes.
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team.
* The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays and weekends.
