Field Sales Manager (Air & Ocean) in Pinkenba QLD

We seek an experienced business development / sales professional to join our team as Field Sales Manager based in Pinkenba QLD offices.
Your Role:
Promote Ceva's range of competitive and tailored solutions to prospective customers, winning new business from lead generation through to contract close.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and qualify leads from internal and external sources.
* Develop pricing, service and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions.
* Prepare and present proposals to customers; prepare and analyse customer sales strategies.
* Coordinate with colleagues across field sales, operations, and international offices for quotations and business issues.
* Ensure prospect and opportunity pipelines have sufficient revenue to drive financial growth.
* Complete sales administration tasks in CRM to manage calendar, customer accounts, contacts and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Solid experience gained in a sales / business development role within air or ocean.
* Good understanding of supply chain management, including warehousing and transport.
* Strong communication, presentation, influencing and customer management skills.
* Intermediate skills in MS Office and capable of adapting to new systems and technology.
* Valid driver licence and own vehicle.
* Bonus: experience working with a CRM; tertiary qualification in supply chain, business / commerce or similar.
