Service Advisor
Tesla Motors is seeking a customer service professional to support our progressive vehicle brand.
This role requires high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess technical acumen and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address customer concerns via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with a high level of response and attention
* Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System
* Conduct transactions and communicate estimated completion times to customers
* Coordinate delivery or pickup times with customers and follow up on services provided
Requirements:
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
* Willingness to learn new automotive technologies
* Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
* Effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-based environment
Dealer Management System, Outlook, and MS Office proficiency preferred. Automotive retail experience a bonus. Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Two years of driving experience required.
