We are looking for a skilled Talent Management Consultant with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, implement, and optimize Talent Management solutions. This role will focus on leveraging SuccessFactors Talent Modules and Learning Management Systems to enhance employee development, performance management, and overall talent strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management, strong functional and technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.
As our SAP SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant you’ll
* Manage and deliver functional and technical solutions by configuring and building Talent Management systems based on approved designs.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Talent Modules, providing guidance and best practices to both the team and stakeholders.
* Provide expertise in integration solutions to ensure seamless connectivity between Talent Management systems and other HR applications.
* Configure Learning Management Systems, including functionalities for course development, tracking, and reporting.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Talent Management solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Guide the team in their functional areas to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
* Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team members as needed to ensure integrated solutions that address business needs.
* Exhibit flexibility in taking on a diverse range of responsibilities, adapting to changing project needs and priorities.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant, with a strong background in solution design and implementation.
* 4-5 years of hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Talent Modules, including Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Expertise in designing and optimising Talent Management solutions within the SuccessFactors landscape.
* Strong functional knowledge complemented by technical skills, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Collaborating across control cross-functional teams, with experience working with remote / offshore teams being a plus.
* Certifications in SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and Learning Management Systems and Employee Central preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in People Analytics, integration with other HR systems, and leveraging BTP (Business Technology Platform) for enhanced functionality.
