About the Role: Customer Service Agent (CSA)
You'll drive our iconic Coles vans to deliver customer orders to their homes. This involves safely navigating local neighborhoods during the day or night, as well as helping with order picking and packing to ensure high-quality delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer orders to their homes safely and efficiently
* Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
About You:
We're looking for individuals who can provide great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. Key requirements include:
* An Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record
* The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
* Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
