You will be joining our firm at an incredibly exciting time, as we continue to grow our internal Corporate Services team and expand our strategic value proposition.
Our newly appointed Head of Marketing will lead a team of five and deliver full scope strategic and tactical marketing and business development activities for our national firm. Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Officer, the successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and service-focused team, with full responsibility to enhance and grow market visibility and entrepreneurial initiatives across our key practice groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work directly with the firms' principals to understand their clients and develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal marketing team to deliver exceptional service to the firm and to strengthen the firm's position in the market.
* Review, develop and implement the firm's national marketing strategy in line with the goals and objectives.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns and website management.
* Support the firms' innovations objectives Develop and lead digital transformation, offering a best-in-class omnichannel experience and personalisation.
* Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
* Develop and execute client engagement programs and events to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of the firm's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
* Support the creation of relevant content for various platforms, including articles and website blog posts.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, client preferences and to identify opportunities for growth.
Experience:
In order to lead our growing marketing team and manage the delivery of marketing and business development strategies, we are seeking demonstrable experience in a leadership role across marketing/business development, ideally within a professional services environment.
In addition to proven experience in a senior marketing and leadership role, we would love for you to have: Inclusive and exceptional leadership skills to motivate, manage and guide a high-performing team. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to think strategically with a track record of developing, leading and implementing successful marketing strategies. High level of integrity and ethics, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Technical Experience:
* Experience in designing and creating engaging and client-focused digital content.
* Demonstrated knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
* Experience in reporting data through appropriate channels.
* Ability to Proactively contribute to projects and prioritise work in an efficient manner.
* High attention to detail.
* Critical thinker and creative problem solver.
* Experience with CRM systems, Active Campaign (email auto responder program), and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, and Premier Pro.
