About the Role
This opportunity is to provide relief for short and long term leave of employees across various departments at CHQ. Duties will vary across the different roles and locations but may include:
Providing reception services, including:
1. Greeting patients and their families and responding to their needs
2. Providing a professional telephony service
3. Providing directions and advice regarding locations of services/and/or patients within the facility
Providing efficient and professional administrative support, including:
4. Managing, distributing, and sorting correspondence
5. Providing secretariat tasks and functions
6. Undertaking administrative tasks to support patient flow, patient care and movements within the facility.
