Position: Receptionist
Location: Kalgoorlie
Hours: Full time, 76 hours per fortnight
Salary: $33.41 p/hr + $2.78 regional allowance p/hr
About HOPE: HOPE has been a community service in Western Australia for over a century, providing much needed support to people affected by alcohol and other drugs, mental ill-health, youth justice issues, and socioeconomic disadvantage.
About the Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the GCADS team! The position is full time, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, their family, friends, and carers.
* Provide assistance with events.
* Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff member.
* Prepare client files.
* Collect, record, and distribute mail.
* Receive, redirect, and respond to emails.
* Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies, and sundries, ensuring sufficient stock.
* Prepare documents including filing, faxing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding.
* Assist with preparation for meetings and any follow-up.

* Prior experience working in a youth and/or mental health/counselling service.
* Prior experience working in an administrative role.
Additional Requirements: Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work referees.
