Join our team and be part of a legacy that’s reshaping how our customers enjoy the best cuts, every day.Responsibilities:Expertly breaking, cutting, and portioning meat as per daily worksheets or under the direction of senior butchery staff or management.Regularly assessing stock levels and the aging of meat to minimise carry forwards and reduce wastage.Promptly communicating any meat quality or specification issues to senior staff or management.Completing all tasks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.Assisting fellow butchers with their tasks and job sheets when required.Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the factory and helping butchering colleagues with end-of-day cleaning and factory closure.Adhering to the Company’s HACCP, Work, Health & Safety (WH&S), and Quality Assurance Guidelines.Reporting any workplace accidents to the First Aid Officer and logging incidents in the Accident Logbook.Proactive and motivated with a positive attitude.Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter (preferred).If you meet these qualifications and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.
