The Job
As the Accounts Clerk you will be joining a collaborative team where you will be responsible for a combination of daily accounting and admin duties.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
* Office admin and reception functions.
* Processing of payroll data.
* Maintain data for invoicing ensuring accuracy.
* Ensure maintenance of data logs.
* Answer general queries from clients and stakeholders.
Profile
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment as an Accounts Clerk/Officer.
* Demonstrated experience in data entry and invoicing.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* A high attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
