Position Overview Our clients are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of their warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead a team, set and achieve performance targets, maintain safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in managing customer fulfilment metrics, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) targets will be critical to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Provide coaching, development opportunities, and promptly address performance issues. Operational Coordination Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping. Ensure accurate documentation, maintain high standards of accuracy, and meet operational targets. Customer Fulfilment and DIFOT Management Monitor key customer fulfilment metrics, ensuring accurate and on-time processing, packing, and shipping of orders. Implement strategies to meet or exceed DIFOT targets. Quality Management Establish and enforce quality control standards, conduct regular audits, and implement processes to minimize errors and enhance operational efficiency. Safety and Compliance Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
