The Project Financial & Resource Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing financial control and resource scheduling within the Projects Division. This position ensures that project budgets, costs, and financial forecasts are accurately tracked while also managing the allocation of resources to optimise project delivery. The role works closely with Project Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success through effective financial oversight and resource planning.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in project finance, cost controlling, or resource scheduling within a projects-based environment.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control principles.
