Working at Riviera Excellent working conditions and long-term job security State of the art manufacturing facility on the Coomera River, close to the M1 Based in Coomera, Gold Coast, QLD About the Role We are seeking an experienced, energetic and talented Marketing Officer to work with and help manage our accomplished and awarded Brand and Communication Team. This role will help shape and implement our marketing programs on a national and international level.
With responsibilities that span far beyond driving sales, this is a multi-faceted role, charged with delivering results across the entire customer journey. From optimising and creating campaigns to analysing data, there will be a diverse array of responsibilities that greatly contribute towards growing our brand and connecting with our customers.
Key Responsibilities Create and optimise our marketing campaigns, and analyse data Grow our brand and connect with our customers that span the globe Be an architect – help to shape our image and voice Demonstrate your strategic thinking Show off your analytical skills, creative flair, and leadership ability Set an example, by being highly organised, but comfortable with ambiguity Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, in a rapidly evolving digital landscape Lead integrated marketing campaigns, across multiple channels, to see real results Be data-driven, yet imaginative Balance big-picture and detail-oriented execution About You Degree in Marketing Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, or similar Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis Excellent knowledge of MS Office and related marketing software Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Creativity and commercial awareness A team player with a customer-oriented approach We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and projects at the same time, who is prepared to roll-up their sleeves and tackle diverse projects in a methodical manner. Exceptional written and oral communications skills are essential, with a positive attitude. Most importantly of all, you will be self-motivated and be passionate about brand integrity.
Boating experience and a genuine love of the boating life is mandatory.
This is a full-time position, with an intended start in October 2024. Remuneration will be according to experience.
