What You’ll Do :
* Coordinate and confirm setup and catering for meetings and events, ensuring flawless execution.
* Be the friendly face that greets and assists clients, visitors, and staff at Reception or Concierge.
* Manage visitor sign-ins, ensuring smooth and secure access.
* Handle shared inboxes and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
* Book and manage meeting rooms with precision, adhering to service standards.
* Provide basic support for Security, Emergency, and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS).
* Maintain high service standards with light housekeeping and quality checks.
* Assist with deliveries, mail management, and general logistics.
* Support the Team Leader with admin tasks and event forecasting.
* During peak times, step in to support other areas—comprehensive training provided!
What You’ll Bring :
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, airline, retail, or similar).
* A background in office, hotel, or hospitality environments, with a talent for building strong connections.
* A hospitality-first mindset, always adapting to the needs of visitors and employees.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.
* High levels of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
