We are looking for an Administration Officer to work with our team for 4 days per week.Hours for the position are 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday / Tuesday and Thursday / Friday.This is a customer-facing role, responsible for maintaining all administrative functions for the business.This includes but is not limited to: Managing all phone inquiries Management of all emails Management of incoming mail Processing of creditor invoices Processing of all sales invoices Processing payments and account follow-up Ordering of all supplies To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes and skills: Excellent presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong work ethic with a solution-focused approach Ability to work as part of a team Experience with Xero would be an advantage; however, it is not essential, as training will be provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
