Furniture Assemblers and Packers Wanted for Immediate Starts
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time
Location: Blacktown, NSW
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (with flexibility to work daily overtime)
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and skilled individuals to join our team as Furniture Assemblers and Packers in Blacktown.
* Packing orders and manual handling of stock
* Palletising stock and shrink wrapping pallets
* Heavy lifting up to 20kgs and re-stacking pallets
* Assembling kit set furniture and following plans
* Using hand and power tools
Requirements:
* Previous experience in packing, palletising and shrink wrapping stock
* Manual and machine-operated shrink wrapping experience
* Hand and power tool experience
* Furniture assembly experience is essential
* Excellent attention to detail and WHS knowledge
* Ability to read and follow plans
* Heavy lifting up to 20kgs
* Advantageous: Forklift license with increased pay rate ($35.50/hr)
