At Infinite Aged Care, the Customer Support Assistant works with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.About YouYou are an experienced administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as:Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Accurate data entry skills and ability to self-manage and work to deadlinesHave a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality aged care supportProactive and measured attitude to identifying and preventing safety hazards in the workplaceWhilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded, as would a certificate II or III in administration.Who are we?Infinite Aged Care is a rapidly growing leader in residential aged care with over 30 years of experience.
