Utilising these hours effectively to ensure every client gets the service level they purchased means using the tools the agency provides, adopting new methods for tasks through in-house training, and following Megantic’s Stage 1 - S3 processes for clients. This doesn’t mean you can’t ‘colour outside the lines’, it’s just the minimum each Megantic client deserves.Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesSEO Project Management: Maintain a shared, rolling 12 month program of work for each client. Apply a client-context, detail driven approach to managing multiple client projects and competing priorities, and use initiative to ensure projects stay on track. The nature of working with a distributed global team means that from time-to-time you will need to undertake work outside of standard Australian business hours in order to deliver a client’s project and/or participate in meetings with the Macedonia, United Kingdom, or Canada teams.Communication: Communicating with clients and Web Production team to effectively convey ideas, manage client expectations, and negotiate plans.Presentations: Regular presentations to clients to articulate solutions, ideas, recommendations and summarise results.Troubleshoot & Spot Trouble Early: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues for clients. Identify projects at risk due to low engagement, poor results, or declining revenue and take action.Technical Skills & KnowledgeEstablished skills in SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Centre (GMC), Screaming Frog.Can describe in detail the differences, benefits and constraints of common eCommerce platforms: Shopify, WordPress (WooCommerce), Magento 2, Neto/Maropost, SquareSpace.Understands the benefits, constraints and can identify pitfalls of advanced web frameworks: Progressive Web Apps (PWA), headless commerce.Preferred experience:Experience in client-facing/customer service roles and/or client-side roles managing internal stakeholders.Experience with eCommerce businesses.Experience translating technical information into language the average person can understand.Why consider working for Megantic?Megantic is a multi-award winning search agency founded in Australia with four offices around the globe (UK, Macedonia, Canada and flagship office in Australia).
