The ideal candidate will need a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-faceted environment and possess the following skills:
* Meticulous attention to detail
* The ability to manage & motivate a large team
* The ability to control the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
* A professional attitude and a passion for food
* A history of cost control & menu design
* Be a clear communicator, with sound leadership & motivational skills
* A clear understanding of function operations
