Sydney Asset Management Contract or Temporary
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leader in the fund administration services industry in Australia.
The role is a senior-level appointment seeking a broad background across registry, fund administration, relationship management, and vendor oversight.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the outsourced relationship with our Registry provider as well as serving as the escalation point for clients.
Our outsourced service provider manages and oversees registry and member administration services across managed funds, investment platforms, Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), and superannuation funds.
They provide registry services to several clients under a subcontract arrangement.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing incident management procedures, including recording all incidents in the incident management tool and monitoring through to resolution
* Reviewing incident reports to ensure appropriate details of issue cause, remediation, and preventative measures
* Reviewing performance, including delivery against service level agreements
* Reviewing monthly KPIs for clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and teams
* Staff management, client liaison, service management, vendor management, product management, and sales
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven history of successful relationship or vendor management experience
* 5+ years' registry or related financial services industry experience
* A good understanding of how registry impacts investment admin teams, fund managers, investment managers, investors, and third parties (such as the Australian Tax Office)
* Demonstrable experience with issue resolution and incident management
* Awareness of when to escalate complex issues and the ability to maintain a questioning attitude and a continual improvement mindset
* The ability to deal with all levels of seniority, from junior officer level staff through to executives and Managing Directors
