Linfox's Intermodal team is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator based at West Melbourne. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate client invoicing, processing bookings and shipments efficiently, and resolving charge-related queries. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 11am - 7pm this role is ideal for candidates with a strong transport industry background. If you have experience in operations or accounts processing and a commitment to excellence in the transport sector, this is your chance to make a significant impact within our team. Key areas:
1. Engage with customers for invoicing inquiries and basic issue resolution, maintaining strong customer relationships.
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer revenue transactions, encompassing invoicing, pricing accuracy, and charge adjustments
3. Provide essential administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Prioritise and promote a safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives.

7. Previous experience in accounts processing highly regarded
8. Effective customer interaction and issue resolution skills
