Our Client: An Engineering company providing Manufacturing services to the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. They provide machining, assembly, repair, and modification of equipment within their extensive facilities. About the Role: This role is pivotal to the company's ongoing growth and success. As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of fabrication projects within the Fabrication Division, working closely with a team of top-tier boilermakers and fabricators to manage the fabrication of new mining equipment. Key Responsibilities: Develop competitive quotes based on project requirements, materials, labour, and overhead costs. Collaborate with leading hands and supervisors to establish production priorities based on customer orders, resource availability, and divisional objectives. Prepare condition reports, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee workshop activities. Work with other divisions within the organization to streamline processes and share resources. About You: Strong understanding of fabrication and engineering processes. Fabricator-boilermaker trade certificate with a workshop background. Ability to efficiently organise projects and tasks within the workshop. Excellent computer and communication skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
