Our client is seeking a Property & Leasing Manager to join their property management and development business. About the Role: Reporting to the GM, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing leasing, tenant relationships, and property maintenance. Preparing rent reports, invoices, and asset management plans. Managing external property managers and consultants. Identifying and executing strategies to increase revenues and asset value. Driving portfolio growth through new acquisitions and redevelopment initiatives. Free onsite parking available. About You: To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:
A bachelor's degree in property, business, or a related field (preferred but not essential). 5+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a similar field. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Australian citizenship or permanent residency. About Talent Butler:
