Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Albury branch. You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Infrabuild Steel Centre. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8: am – 4: pm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
Day to day you will:
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
• Preparing reports
• Maximizing sales opportunities
• General administration duties
You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.
• Experience in customer service and or sales administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport.
• Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded.
• Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is highly regarded.
