Salary: $90k-$125k Base + Super, Double OTE (Uncapped Commission)

The Ideal Candidate
* Sales background, starting as an SDR/BDR and ideally promoted to full-cycle AE
* Experience selling into oil & gas, mining or heavy industry is a plus
* Preferably based in Perth
* Strong outbound conversion rates to close
* Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage decision-makers in large contract negotiations
Sales Process & Responsibilities
* Running a full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching and closing deals
* Selling to mid-market & enterprise clients (200+ employees, $50M-$100M revenue)
* Identifying key decision-makers and influencers, mapping out buying committees
* Engaging in active bid submissions – working with bid teams to influence major deals
* Delivering targeted sales content (videos, presentations, analytics) and tracking engagement to optimise outreach
Industry & Market Focus
* Sectors include oil & gas, mining, supply chain, building materials, AI workflow solutions and big consulting projects
* Focused on helping clients win large, complex contracts through a land-and-expand revenue model
* Typical contract value: $180K - Land and Expand model
