Please note this position is being advertised in multiple locations but must be permanently based in Tasmania.This role leads the end-to-end talent acquisition process, overseeing continuous improvement and delivering a positive candidate experience.Some of the activities you'll work on include:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including hiring manager briefs, sourcing, interviewing, selection and hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with their team goals and the TasWater Strategy.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers.Lead specialist recruitment campaigns for our Graduate and Summer Placement Programs, and develop new sourcing strategies for complex, hard to fill positions.What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have extensive end-to-end recruitment experience in medium to large organisations, strong stakeholder management skills, and expertise in contemporary talent acquisition practices.We think there are transferable skills that can lead to success in this role so even if you don't think you meet all the criteria, we still want you to apply.
