You will be tasked with managing the existing broker members together with recruitment of new broker members into the platform. Recruitment is a key aspect of this role so will require someone with a strong broker industry reputation & network from which to prospect new members to achieve growth targets. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following: Have proven broker recruitment from an aggregation provider or accreditation of brokers to Lender from direct prospecting activity within the Australian market Demonstrate experience managing a broker portfolio & driving settlement outcomes to meet business targets & objectives Hold the capability to provide business coaching to self employed brokers by having provided this as function of a role held or from credibility of having been a broker before stepping into a BDM role Possess strong achievement & sales drive, business acumen and a can do attitude to getting business done Proven broker presentations & running PD days Strong engagement, communication and influencing skills Be a self-starter with proven ability to self manage effectively Possess a minimum of 5years industry experience For your efforts you will be rewarded with a strong bonus incentive programme that can see a top performer exceed $250k OTE.
