We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Pastry team! You will be the right hand of our Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of kitchen management including ordering, production schedules, budgeting, training, menu creation and staffing.
Our Pastry operation is responsible for the production of everything decadent and delicious consumed across our Sydney property. Expand your knowledge in leading a team and be a part of exciting projects across our property. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone to ensure the pastries and desserts produced for our business are at the highest quality and consistency and we are providing the most delicious experience for our colleagues and guests.

Ideally, we are hoping to welcome a candidate with the following:
12. Proven experience as Sous Chef/Senior Junior Sous Chef in a commercial pastry operation
13. Certification in Patisserie
14. Experience working in busy Kitchens with large volume production
15. Admin experience is required to support with Ordering, Rostering, Recruiting, Performance Management among others
16. Friendly and supportive management style
