A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join this professional medical practice in Brighton. Close to shops, cafés, public transport, and parking onsite. The role is offered permanent part-time, approximately 26 hours per week, you will be well supported by the Practice Manager and administration team. Enjoy patient interaction at the front desk, together with completing various administrative tasks. The responsibilities of the role include: Meeting/Greeting Scheduling patients for consultation appointments Utilise Gentu medical software Patient accounts Scanning of documents Ensure all patients have a current referral letter Adhoc administration duties Essential criteria: Previous Medical Reception/admin experience Computer literacy (Gentu medical software experience is preferred) Self-motivated with a mature and professional outlook Days/hours: Monday and Wednesday - 12 noon to 5.00 pm Thursday and Friday - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm If you consider your principal strengths to include being organised with keen attention to detail, strong patient focus and professional presentation will ensure a successful placement.
