Description About the role With an exciting 12 months ahead, and growth opportunities within both existing and new accounts, Civeo are looking to add to our team with a new Injury Management Advisor based in our Perth office. Reporting to the National HSQE Manager – Injury Management, this role would suit someone interested in further developing their career within the Injury Management space, with plenty of future growth and development opportunities on offer. Opportunity to gain exposure to operations across our various sites in WA, SA, QLD & NSW Convenient 5/2 Perth based roster, with occasional site travel and hybrid/WFH arrangements available Generous salary packaging and annual pay reviews New office centrally located close to public transport Ongoing training and development to advance your skills and your career, with strong succession planning in place Fantastic company culture, it's more than just a buzz word at Civeo Key responsibilities Coordinate and monitor injury management measures for injured workers Coordinate and facilitate the management of workers compensation claims Review pre-employment medicals Ensure key stakeholders are informed of relevant injury management data and updates Maintain return to work statistics to assist with internal reporting functionality in line with our injury management system - Solv Maintain an understanding of and compliance with workers compensation legislation and other relevant state legislation Key Experience Previous experience in an injury management/workers compensation-based role essential Clinical experience in a medical profession highly desirable Knowledge of safety and injury management systems (e.g. Myosh and Solv) desirable Knowledge of the remote hospitality services sector is preferred but not essential Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in health science or an allied health profession highly desirable Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certificate desirable Certificate IV in Work Health Safety and/or Training & Assessment desirable What’s Next If this sounds like you, please click “Apply Now” or alternatively, please apply through our website www.civeo.com.
